Dublin based recovery operator Talbot Motors, has received the Mapfre Asistencia Supplier of the Year Award 2010. The prestigious award is for outstanding service in breakdown assistance, towing and vehicle recovery. It is the second time that Talbot Motors has picked up the award, having previously been winners in 2007.

The award was presented by Managing Director of Ireland Assist & Mapfre Asistencia, Marco A Magliocco, to John Dowling and Tommy Dowling the co-directors of Talbot Motors. John Dowling commented, “Despite the tough economic conditions, this award shows once again that Talbot Motors has been able to further improve its level of customer service.”

Mapfre Asistencia is a key provider of breakdown assistance and recovery services to many of Ireland’s major insurance companies. John Dowling says, “Mapfre Asistencia provides an excellent service in the marketplace and we are delighted to be a leading supplier to them.”
