TecDoc has developed a new smartphone app for WIX Filtration, providing its customers with access to comprehensive information wherever and whenever it is needed.

Wayne Stevens, Managing Director of WIX Filtration said, “The reasoning behind developing the app was simple, to provide added value to our customers and allow them quicker and easier access to our data through the most convenient method of transfer. The fact is that millions of us now own and use smartphone devices, which is why we decided to move with the times and provide the information our customers need via today’s usable technology.”

WIX entrusted the TecDoc team to develop the app because of their experience and expertise in automotive data delivery. Wayne comments,  “The result is a user friendly app, that portrays all the style and personality of the WIX Filters and Filtron brands, but with the systems of a trusted supplier running behind the scenes to ensure the correct and accurate delivery of the data. From a practical perspective, the entire process has been straightforward and proactively executed that will be made available right across Europe in eight languages.”
