New to the Strongline range is the Gates Top Dead Centre (TDC) finder. A tool for finding the Top Dead Centre position on petrol and diesel engines, for engine timing and timing pin insertion.

The “TDC Finder” locates into the spark plug / glow plug hole and clearly shows when the piston has achieved TDC, by visible movement of the Indicator Float.
The TDC Finder works on petrol and diesel engines, on cars and vans and comes complete with:

1) Adaptors for 8mm to 18mm spark plug and glow plug holes.
2) Extension Piece to overcome difficult access / deep seated spark plug holes.
3) Magnetic attachment for Hands Free use.
