Volkswagen bank has now launched Volkswagen Bank Motor Insurance.

With an eye on new car sales from July 1st, for a limited time only 162 Volkswagen Up! and Polo models are available with free motor insurance when you finance your new car through the Volkswagen Bank (subject to obtaining a quote and meeting underwriting criteria).

This offer is available on both PCP and HP with APR’s from as low as 3.9% typical APR, Free Insurance and €162 Innovation Packs all available, it has never been easier to drive away in a brand new Volkswagen.

Commenting on the launch of Motor Insurance, Volkswagen Bank Head of Sales, Conor Threadgold said: “In the midst rising motor insurance premiums in Ireland, Volkswagen Bank is delighted to offer value to customers with this exciting and innovative product offering.”

Driver qualifying criteria:

• Minimum age 21.
• Private individuals only.
• All drivers must hold a current, full Irish Licence.
• Drivers must have 3 or more years No Claims Bonus.
• Maximum of one additional named driver permitted – All drivers subject to the same qualifying criteria.
• Drivers must not have any more than 4 penalty points.
• Drivers must not have made any more than 1 claim of greater than €5000 in the last 5 years.
• Subject to additional underwriting criteria.
