Following the outstanding success of the event in 2013, PPG Industries has announced their continued Headline Sponsorship of the 2014 ABP Ireland National Meetings and Expo.

The ABP Club Ireland National Meeting and Expo, sponsored by PPG Industries bring together various parties to discuss the latest opportunities and challenges facing the repair market in Ireland. It means bodyshop owners and managers come together with suppliers to the bodyshop sector, along with other stakeholders in the industry such as insurers, trade associations, inspection and assessment bodies.

John McGowan, PPG Industries Ireland Business Manager says, "We are absolutely delighted to be aligning the PPG and NEXA AUTOCOLOR® brands as the Headline Sponsor to the event for the second consecutive year. In 2013 the event was a resounding success and we look forward to working with ABP to deliver even bigger and better meetings this year.

Mark Bull, ABP Club adds “We were overwhelmed by the positive response and success of the Ireland meetings last year.  The range of supplier’s exhibiting at the meetings helped to raise the profile of the meetings and having PPG and Nexa Autocolor as our headline partners really gave us that added gravitas to attract repairers from across Ireland. The ABP Club always works hard to bring the most relevant information and innovations to the market and having this platform in Ireland is a great boost to our membership offering. We couldn’t be happier to have PPG and Nexa Autocolor sponsoring the events again. It is a pleasure to work with them.”

The National Meetings will take place in September at two great venues. The first meeting will kick off with a pre-meeting dinner on 9th September in Dublin with the first meeting taking place on 10th September at the historic Croke Park; this will be followed by a second meeting at the Titanic Belfast on 11th September.

The Ireland National Meetings are open to all Bodyshops, ABP Club member and non-members alike and are free to attend.
